When the users open the pad, they can download the files that have been placed there, view the files, provide feedback and comments using online annotation features. In addition, the pad can be approved, approved with changes, or rejected.

All approvals are date, time, and user stamped so there is a complete record of the activity. The initiator of the approval can be notified via email as the approvers sign-off.
